PROMOTIONAL SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

  1. Disclaimer: NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINING. PROMOTIONAL SWEEPSTAKES IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
  2. Introduction: These Promotional Sweepstakes Official Rules (the “Official Rules”) govern and define the specific rules associated with entering and if selected, the redemption of the Promotional Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) sponsored by RNKA Travel (the “Sponsor”, “we” or “us”). By participating in our Sweepstakes, you agree with the specific rules and terms contained within these Official Rules and our specific decisions, which are final and binding in all respects.
    1. Promotion Period: The “Promotion Period” is the period of 12:00:00 AM, EST on 8th day of January to 11:59:59 PM, EST on the 31st day of January.
    2. Odds of Winning: Odds of being selected as a Prize Winner (as defined below) will depend on the number of eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period.
  3. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to any legal resident of the United States whom are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Any entrant whom is over the age of 18 and is still considered a minor in their state may have to provide parental consent to participate in the Sweepstakes or become a winner. Any Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor and their legal representatives, and each of their respective affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, advertising, promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies, and their immediate families (and those living in the same households of each) are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes.
  4. How to Enter the Sweepstakes: There are two methods of entering the Sweepstakes: The “Standard Method” and the “Alternate Method” (each a “Method of Entry”) Each method provides the same value of Entry and chances of winning. Each Method of Entry is defined below:
    1. Standard Method: For completion of each of the steps as defined herein during the Promotion Period the entrant will receive one entry in the Sweepstakes: (1) Visit one of the Websites through a valid link, (2) complete the Entry Form using your valid and complete information (an “Eligible” entry), and (3) click “Enter Now”. Utilizing this method you authorize, in accordance with our Privacy Policy, you are giving us and our marketing parters the right to contact you with advertisements and offers and to share your Personally Identifiable Information (Name, Address, Phone Number, Birthday, etc) (your “PII”).
    2. Alternate Method: For completion of each of the steps as defined herein during the Promotion Period the entrant will receive one entry in the Sweepstakes: (1) Complete the Alternate Entry Form (can be accessed by clicking here) using your valid and complete information, and (2) click submit. To utilize this method, follow the link at the bottom of each Website. Under this method, we will not provide your PII to marketing partners unless its required to notify that you are a winner.
  5. Sweepstakes Entry Limitations: Each Method of Entry counts as an entry into the Sweepstakes. Each person is allowed one Entry, per day regardless of Method of Entry. Further, each person is allowed a maximum of ten (10) entries per Promotion Period, entered on different days.
  6. Sweepstakes Entry Websites: To enter in the Sweepstakes you must enter via any Method of Entry at the websites listed below:

  7. Additional Sweepstakes Entry Rules: Each entry in the Sweepstakes is bound to these additional Entry Rules.
    1. Multiple persons cannot enter the Sweepstakes using the same email address. Each person will need a unique email address.
    2. Any attempt by any specific persons to gain more than the allowed Sweepstakes Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities or the like will void the persons Entry and they may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes.
    3. Any attempt by any persons to use any automated technologies to gain Entries into the Sweepstakes will be disqualified from the Sweepstakes.
    4. Any Entry in which is lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected will be disqualified from the Sweepstakes.
    5. We reserve the right to contact entrants whom submitted an Entry to confirm validity using any means allowable by use of their PII.
    6. Each entry becomes our sole and exclusive property and will not be returned.
  8. Identity Disputes: If there is a dispute to the identity of the winner, the PII as provided during Entry will be used to identify the winner. The person as described by the PII must be the Authorized Account Holder (the person whom has registered or been assigned an email address by an Internet Service Provider) of the email address used during Entry. Potential winners may be required to show proof they are the Authorized Account Holder of their email account.
  9. Sweepstakes Drawings / Selection of Winner: Within seven (7) days of the close of the Promotion Period, at random, one Entry will be selected from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period regardless of entry method, together with three alternate Prize Winners, (the “Alternates,” or “Alternate”).
  10. Sweepstakes Prize Rules: The prize for the Promotion Period is a $25 gift card. The Prize winner (the “Prize Winner) must comply with these Official Rules to qualify and receive the Prize:
    1. Contacting the Prize Winner: We will notify the Prize Winner within seven (7) days of the Sweepstakes Drawing via email address via the information provided during the Entry or any other method available to increase the number of Prize Winners. You authorize us to contact you via these means if you are selected as the Prize Winner.
    2. Claiming the Prize: After being contacted by us, the Prize Winner must execute and return within 30 days of notification (the “Claim Period”) the Claim Form (the “Claim Form”), and a valid government photo identification (together the “Claim Documents”). The Claim Documents must be returned within the Claim Period by facsimile, first class mail, overnight air courier or email. We accept photos of the required documents sent from a smartphone via email. If a prospective Prize Winner supplies inaccurate contact information, he or she may forfeit the Prize. If the Prize Winner is a minor (as determined based on his or her state of residence), the Prize Winner’s parent/legal guardian must sign any required documents on the minor Prize Winner’s behalf. If there’s a dispute regarding the individual who actually submitted an Entry, the provisions of Rule 9 above shall apply.
      1. The Claim Form confirms the Prize Winner’s eligibility for the prize and their mailing address, and provides a liability release and their agreement to allow us to identify them by first name, first initial of last name and city and state of residence on our website (unless prohibited by law).
      2. A photocopy/scan of a government issued photo ID such as a driver’s license or passport is used to confirm the identity of the Prize Winner.
    3. Alternates: If the potential Prize Winner is unable, for any reason, to supply valid Claim Documents within the Claim Period, the first Alternate will be identified as the new Prize Winner and will be required to comply with Rule 11(2). If the first Alternate fails to provide valid Claim Documents during the Claim Period, the second Alternate will be identified as the Prize Winner and will be required to comply with rule 11(2). Then, if the second Alternate fails to provide the Claim Documents during the Claim Period, the third Alternate will be identified as the Prize Winner and will be required to comply with rule 11(2). Finally, if the original Prize Winner and the three (3) Alternates fail to provide valid Claim Documents during the Claim Period the Prize will go un-awarded.
    4. Prize Substitution: Prizes may not be substituted, assigned, or transferred, except with our permission.
  11. General Sweepstakes Conditions
    1. Sweepstakes Cancellation: We reserve the right, in our discretion, to cancel, suspend or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes. In that event, we reserve the right to conduct the then current Prize drawing in accordance with Rule 10 above from among all Entries received during the current Promotion Period at the time of termination. The remaining Drawings will be cancelled. We reserve the right in our discretion to disqualify any individual we find to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
    2. Release: By accepting any prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in or in connection with the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize. Except in the State of Tennessee and where otherwise prohibited by law, acceptance of a Prize constitutes the Prize Winner’s consent to our use of Prize Winner’s name (first name and initial of last name), address (City and State), likeness, voice and/or quotation for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
    3. Limitations of Liability: We shall not be responsible for: (a) incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users, by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or inaccurate transcription of entry information; (b) lost, late, stolen, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, or misdirected entries; (c) any technical or human error or unauthorized human intervention which may occur in the processing of Sweepstakes entries or in the administration of the Sweepstakes; (d) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; or (e) any injury or damage to persons or property including to an entrant’s computer, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or from downloading any material from our website, regardless of whether we or a third party prepared the material and regardless of whether the material is connected to our website by a hypertext link.
    4. Disputes: The Arbitration Agreement and Class Action Waiver provision included in the Terms & Conditions, (Click Here) ; accessible from each Website) shall apply to disputes relating to the Sweepstakes and these Rules. The provision includes a mandatory arbitration provision . YOU AND WE ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT, VIA YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THIS ARBITRATION PROVISION AND ENTRY INTO THE SWEEPSTAKES, YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL, AS WELL AS YOUR RIGHT TO BRING, JOIN OR PARTICIPATE AS A PLAINTIFF OR A CLASS MEMBER IN A CLASS ACTION SUIT OR A MULTI-PARTY ARBITRATION BROUGHT AGAINST US .
      1. You also agree that: (i) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (ii) under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain awards for, and you hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Florida or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Florida.
    5. Data Collection: When you enter the Sweepstakes we collect your Personal Information, regardless of method. The information collected is used in accordance with our Privacy Policy (Click Here).
